Location
The principle of outlets is not to locate in large cities or their close vicinity, where there is an enormous saturation of the commercial market, but in close proximity to major arterial highways. The heavily frequented D1 motorway from Prague to Brno is precisely this type of transport route in the Czech Republic, transporting circa 80,000 people every day in both directions. The outlet centre is located in Brzlice – Loket, on the 66th kilometre of the D1 motorway from Prague to Brno. The centre is ideally accessible from all directions. It is 40 minutes from Prague and it is a mere hour’s drive from Brno.

Accessability
Exit 66 is located on 180,000 m2 of land situated right next to the most heavily travelled major Czech highway [D1] connecting Prague with Brno, Bratislava (SK), Budapest (HU) and Vienna (AU). Its position is on 66 Km in direction from Prague to Brno-in the town Loket. The outlet destination is comfortably reachable by highway D1 approximately 40 minutes from Prague and about one hour from Brno. Loket also lies on the crossroad of routes combining north and south of the Czech Republic. The location also provides excellent highway connections from secondary slip road systems in both directions between Prague and Brno.
